If you have a maintenance problem, please fill out the maintenance request form below. Include your name, address, a good contact number, and as much information as possible. If someone does not contact you within 24 hours, please call our office.
If you have a maintenance emergency after hours, please call our office at 770-745-1759 and leave a detailed message with the answering service. Someone from IHP will contact you in a timely fashion.
